To inform the Duty holders of their responsibilities under Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR) 2006.

Who is it for?
All persons who manage premises and wish to understand what is expected of them, this includes Facilities Managers, Property Managers, Health and Safety Managers or anyone who has supervisory responsibilities for workers working on the fabric of buildings.
Course content
This course explains in simple terms what you should be doing to be compliant with the legislation, what you need in terms of an asbestos management plan, data management, what is involved when a decision is made to remove asbestos from the premises, selecting a Surveyor and Licensed Asbestos Removal Contractor.
